today in performing arts we started a new dance. it was a contemporary dance but tomorrow we are linking it in with bhangra. the dance reflects the idea of a woman getting beat up is not in control of her body. there wasn't a specific count we had to be with it was a very free moving dance. our moves where flowing. my favorite bit is at the beginning where we all walk in. we use the hands in one bit because most woman when they are getting attacked only see the persons hand and not there face.Monday, 28 February 2011
